- $250 onboarding fee for ALL PROPERTIES
2. MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEES:
- Condos|Townhomes - $250.00 per month
- Single Family Residences Houses - $350.00
- Multi-Family - 8.9% of the collected rent
- Commercial - 8.9% of the gross rents
- CID|HOA - 8.9% of collected dues
** Discounts are offered for five or more properties
3. LEASING LEASE UP FEES:
- Condos|Townhomes per lease up - $550.00
- Single Family Residences per lease up - $750.00
- Multi-Family - $200.00 per lease up
- Commercial per door - 6% of the negotiated lease terms
4. LEASE RENEWALS:
Residential Properties
- Lease renewal - $250 per each lease renewal
Commercial Properties
- Lease renewal - $350 per each lease renewal/door
5. EXTRAS
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Fee is 10% of total project on any project over $15,000.00
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- City Business License as required by the city your property is located in
- City Rent Stabilization Ordinance registration fees (if any)
- $1,500 minimum reserve per condo/townhome, $2,500 minimum reserve per SFR/House, $5,000 minimum reserve Multi-Family units of 2 - 10 units
- Westcliff Properties holds the security deposits
- Landlord Receives an electronic 1099 in January of each year
- Landlord receives a 12 month report between January 15th - January 23rd and for the prior year
