30 Day Notice to Move
If you are a tenant residing at a property currently managed by Westcliff Properties, click on the link to download the form: “Thirty Day Notice of Intent to Vacate.”
Pursuant to your lease agreement, the completed signed form must be e-mailed, mailed via US Mail, hand delivered to the office, or to use your Tenant Portal to provide notice. We prefer you use your Tenant Portal to to provide notice to vacate but you may use any method.

DIRECT DEPOSIT - TENANT PORTAL:
Pay your monthly rent online using Direct Deposit and directly from your checking account. This is a FREE service as long as you use your checking account. Credit cards and debit cards may also be used to pay rent online but there is a convenience fee to use this service online.

Get paid in cash?? Call and ask for your scan bar code and pay in cash at any of the stores listed by using the scan bar code specific to your account. NOTE: certain maximum transaction amounts per each location.
